The ice stripper cracked from freezing.
There was three screws to remove to unmout the ice maker, and unplug the wire harness,then two to remove to slip in new stripper. All took about 20 mins.

light did not work on the refrigerator side
bulbs were not burnt out. received the new switch in a few days. watch the short video, was good to see how it comes out. used a putty knife to release the defective switch, removed wires put them on the new one and posed the new switch back in. Not bad Part cost $11.00 7 dollars shipping so for 17 bucks it works great. nice to see what is inside the refer!

Light switch broke off
We looked up the problem online with the model number of the refrigerator. We ordered the part and followed the video installation that was sent with the order and was found online prior to purchasing

Rocker on switch broke off
Eased the putty knife under the edge of the switch housing and pried it off. Pulled two wires off the old terminals and hooked them onto the new one and reinstalled into the refrigerator body.

Plastic piece on rail broke off
I had a heck of a time getting the broken rail off the drawer. I had to pry quite a bit with a screwdriver to get it to slide off. Other than that, it was like falling off a log.

Cranky Preschooler Yanked the Original Shelf Off
My youngest was having a little fit over my refusal to let her have some snack or other, and she yanked on the shelf hard enough that it cracked right off.
Because the shelf is of such narrow depth, it didn't seem like it would matter much that it was missing. However, we discovered over the course of the year that it indeed held quite a bit. Those displace items now had to take up valuable space in the main body of the fridge, and with a family full of young kids, there is no room to spare.
PartsSelect was the first hit google gave me when I looked for a replacement. I could not believe how easy the search was - I put in the relevant info on the website, it showed me the part I needed, and I placed my order. Thanks!!!!

The crisper drawer would fall outof the frig
I matched up the holes on the shelf with the notches on the rail and snapped it into place. The only thing that was harder that weekend was watching golf and drinking beer. That took me four hours.

Crisper Glass Broke

Rails would not stay in
Examining the right side rail, which would not stay in, there was a small projection on the outside of it which had sheared off. The fix was a straight replacement, just slide it in from the rear. It took a good bit of force to get the ramped projection over the hump and into its slot.

rail was broken
hit the old rail a couple of time with a screwdriver to loosen it. Put the new rail on. Put the slide tape in the grove on the rail. Tooks the old wheel of the old rail and put it on the new one. Done!

The old ice pan for the icemaker was broken
I opened the box, unwrapped the new ice pan, gave it a cursory rinse, and put it in the freezer.

Torn food door gasket

Light in my refrigerator didn't work.
At first I went to a local part supplier and they didn't have it in stock but could order it for me for $55.00 plus $10.00 to ship it. I told them I would have to think about it. I went home and got on the computer and found your web site and was I shocked when I saw the same part listed for $6.98 and $7.00 to ship it. You guys saved me $50.00. The part arrived in two day and took 5 min. to install. I now have light in my refrigerator. Thank you.
