Broken rails and pan
I first looked at the current assembly so that I could see how the new parts were to go (thanks Dad!) Then I removed the drawer and unscrewed the rails. Next, I removed the guide wheels from the old set of rails and installed them into the new rails. After that it was just a matter of screwing in the new rails and sliding the old drawer front plate onto the new drawer. Whala! Back in business.

Ice from icemaker taste metallic; new ice maker directly from box
I did not do the repair yet, there is no schematic on how to route the hose; also no description of how to do the routing/connections.

The front part of the drawer guide rail had snapped off, as a result, the drawer didn't slide in and out properly.
I first removed the drawer and then removed the shelf to which the drawer guide is mounted. Removing the drawer guide from the shelf was the hardest part - it was quite tight. I used a piece of wood and a light tap from a hammer to get it free. I had to reuse the roller from the old drawer glide (one screw). I snapped the new glide onto the shelf and I was in business. The best part was that the part arrived the day after ordering it - though I didn't request overnight delivery and the repair took less than 10 minutes.

Something sticky must have spilled on inside of refrigerator. Hours later when I went to open the door, it stuck, I pulled and managed to open door, but bottom shelf of door stuck to inside of fridge and broke off.
I removed the tabs and/or their pieces that had broken off the shelf from the slots where they hung.
Replaced shelf with the new one I purchased on line and tapped it into place using a folded dish towel placed on top of the shelf and gently tapping it into place.
What did we do before the internet and part select.com? Thanks for your services.

Ice catcher was missing from the icemaker
I removed the ice catcher from the excellent packaging, rinsed it, and placed it on the counter next to the fridge. I opened the door the the freezer and placed the ice catcher under the icemaker. I lowered the arm on the icemaker and closed the door to the freezer. Then I opened the door to fridge, took out a Guinness, popped the top, and sat down to savor my success.

Ice maker broken. Quick fix
The plastic fill cup part is also used to hold one end of the wire “one/off” switch that is manually activated or activated when the ice tray is full. This wire piece fell out because one end, that is part of the plastic fill cup, broke off. The wire switch was fine.
The video demos show you exactly what to do. The repair man showed me a trick to speed up the testing process. The trick is to insert a wire jumper cable to actuate the ice maker and make it rotate. But this isn’t necessary.
Hardest part of this fix is emptying the freezer (bottom with a slide out door) and removing the door.
Why this part is so expensive is beyond me. But I’m happy it was available for a 24yo fridge that still works!!

We inadvertently broke off the pick-off shelf on the bottom of our refrigerator door.
It was this simple: Open the box. Proceed to the refrigerator and open the door. Align the brackets with the slots and push. Fill the shelf with your stuff. Close the refrigerator and say, "Thank you Partselect!"

drawer guides were broken. drawer would fall out.
tricky part was removal of the old drawer rails. they have a little nub that sides in but does not slide out (the nub is a small triangle piece) so easily. needed to revmove the nub by use of a chisel (sharp knife would work). once that nub was gone the old rail slipped out and the new one slid right in.
