I broke the crisper glass shelf while cleaning my refrigerator.
This replacement glass shelf arrived the very next day-after it was shipped. I was so impressed with the easy method of ordering and the prompt delivery of this product-also, the quality of the shelf was perfect. Great service!! I would recommend this for everything-as far as parts needed for repair or replacement.

fridge door switch did not work
I removed the switch housing (4 screws), replacing the switch in the housing was a snap. It took 5 minutes, cost $8 and light works like new!

Why didn't I order this part and do the repair earlier? Very simple.

Our ice and water dispenser was "running on" and spewing onto the floor each time it was used.
We removed the old part, which actually looked quite functional. We put on the new part, thinking that the repair was not going to be effective, and that we were going to need other parts. But, the refrigerator is working perfectly now, and I have no more run-ons onto the floor. THank you very much.

Ice Dispenser door broken
The repair went just as the short video showed. The paper instructions included with the part were not too good the photos were copies of copies from years ago with all the detail gone. But with the video on your website it was a snap for anyone with some mechanical skills.

Ice dispenser would not work
Our Refirgerator had custome wood covering to match the cabinets. Be sure to take the covering off first. There are four screws on the left edge fram that need to be removed and two on top of the tpe edge frame. The panels then slide right off. Remove the spill tray and unscew the two screws at the bottom. Slide up the key pad and there are three screws behind the key pad that have to come out. There are two "plug in connections that have to be disconnected to lift the dispenser unit out. Take care not to damage or separate the connector wire from the keypad and the circuitboard.

The new solenoid and flapper assembly is different than the original. My guess is the orginal design was part of the problem and the redesign allows the solenoid to work better. I was suprised the new assembly did not come with a tension spring... SO be careful and DO NOT loose the tension spring from the old assembly. there are two screws that hold the olde solenoid in plae wonce you remove the flapper and tension spring. Put the new solenoid in, hold the tapper out and put the flapper assembly in. Rotate the flapper rod until you can seat the solenoid tapper. Replace the tension Spring and then reassemble as in reverse order.

Right hand bracket broke off in freezer section
At first I thought I had ordered the wrong bracket but all I had to do was push it up and pull down and it snapped right in place. If a 71 year old lady can do this any body can do it. Thank you for the fast service.
