After using the self-cleaning cycle on my range, the door wouldn't unlock and the electronic key board wouldn't work.
Order a thermostat and put it on and now it works. Took less than a half hour to repair. Very satisfied and probably saved myself over $200 if a repair man had done it.

During the self cleaning, the panel board lights went off and the oven door locked.
We unplugged the range and shut off the cable switch. We took off the back panels and found the thermostat behind the bottom panel. I believe my husband had to take the top panel off first in order to get the bottom panel off. We pulled out the two wires that were connected to the thermostat and then took out the thermostat by unscrewing two screws. We installed the new thermostat (two screws) for our model range, re-connected the two wires, plugged it back into the wall and switched on the cable. We were elated when the panel board lid up and seconds later the oven door opened. It works beautifully. Thank you, thank you, Thank you PartSelect and to everyone that wrote their installation instructions that inspired me to try it. It was very easy and we saved hundreds of dollars.

Remove racks before self-cleaning
Similar to another customer, the racks were not removed before self-cleaning. The issue was that I AM THE HUSBAND and I admit that I did it. Ooops. Great price and if I do it again, I will go back to parts select to get a replacement.

Missing oven racks
We have double wall ovens and each one only had a single oven rack in it. After 3+ years, I was tired of dealing with the issue so I ordered two new racks from PartSelect. They came quickly and fit perfectly. All I had to do was open the box, remove the rack and slide it into the oven. No muss, no fuss. Why didn't I do this years ago??
