Timer knobs were missing
They were easy to install - just push them on! I did need to line up the tab inside the knob with the notch on the metal control, but once I did that, it was easy to pop them on.

Timer knobs were all damaged
Took the 3 knobs out of the bag and slid them on . Perfect fit no problems.
