Microwave had no electrical
I was sent the wrong fuse by you. I had to procure a fuse in another manner. Very disappointing. The repair was simple. It just took longer because of the failure to send the correct fuse.

it was working fine and it stopped order a fuse and it wasn't the problem
took it to Buttermore appliance in Auburn Indiana and he changed the fan and added another fuse

The microwave door would not stay latched, so it wouldn't come on.
The repair was easy, I just took off a few screws and found the broken latch spring. The real story is how easy it was to find the replacement spring from Partselect! I couldn't believe they had it, and even better yet, I ordered it one afternoon, and it came the next day with normal shipping! Unbelievable! Then I just popped it in and replaced the covers I had removed and it was working again!

Put the Fuse in, then plugged it in came on for a min then everything went out!!!!!
Took the front off and behind a plate was the fuse, so I replaced it for what good that did!!!

Broken turntable support ring and missing support

glass turn table would not turn
After researching online, I found that I needed the turntable drive coupling, part#PS993087. when I went to your site it showed the same part but the part number had changed but said it would fit my microwave. Well, I was really surprised and happy when the part I received 3 days after I placed the order, with normal shipping,fit perfectly and now my turn table in my microwave works. I have marked this site a a favorite and will use it I'm sure soon. Being a single women and having to figure out how to fix the things on a small buget, I'm learning a lot and have a lot of respect for men that know how to do all the repair stuff. Microwave would not heat
Removed microwave case and bad part was right there in plain sight attached to the magatron. Two screws and two wires and part replacement was done. Plugged in microwave and works perfect. Couldn't have been any easier. Thanks for the easy troubleshooting and parts suggestions on your site.

Outer door on this microwave was cracked.
What was amazing is that the part arrived the day after I ordered it, it was a perfect fit. We simply unscrewed the old door and put the new on on. Had a little trouble making it fit, but we used a little more pressure and it popped right on, we screwed it in place. Thank you for your fast delivery

Part missing
This rental unit was missing the vent grille for the mounted microwave. It was super simple to install and makes the microwave look like new.

old vent grille brackets broke off
Super easy! Just unscrewed remainder of the vent grille, saving the old screws as instructed on other reviews I read, and replaced vent grille with perfectly fitting new one...whole process took 15 min (while 9 months pregnant with a toddler hanging on my leg!) And partselect sent the piece with regular shipping in 2 days!
