Broken handle (top of the handle actually broke off the screw)
After taking the three screws out of the side of the door, I actually had to get help from my Dad who came over and was able to pry the top corner of the door out of the casing. I was afraid I was going to break the door. Once he got the door pried apart, I was able to replace the handle, clean the entire door and quickly snap it back into place and then replaced the screws.

Replaced the door handle
It's a simple repair but costly. Just open the door remove the three screws on the side of door. Now use a small screw driver or metal putty knife to remove the chooker collar around the door " be careful this can easly be broken". Okay now the metal inner door is easier to remove if you slightly bend the tabs up around the door. Look carefully you should be able to see where they catch. Once you do that carefully seperate the outter door cover. Careful sometimes it will pop right out and fall. Please no more further repairs needed. Just screw in the new handle push tabs back out on the metal inner door then snap everything back together and reinstall the three screws.

Door handle discintegrated
Had left the small break in the handle go too long, There fore the screw holes in the door had wallowed out. Had to put some small washers in to bridge the wallowed out screw hole. The ends of the handle had broken off on the end of the mounting screws, had to use pliers and the screwdriver to get the plastic mounts off. There was enough room for the washers so no additional adaptation was needed. It all went back together very easily.

door was cracked, running through handle area
Having read a couple of other repair stories, I took out the screws (3 ea) on the end of the door and pried off the front door panel. There was a piece of glass sandwiched in between, and luckily it did not fall and break. Then I removed the handle, which was in good shape and installed it on the new door. The new panel snapped into place and I was done.

"Lost" microwave tray
Took out the turntable parts to ensure I ordered the correct cooking tray. Matching those with photos of related parts on PartSelect worked great. Put turntable drive and support ring in place and cooking tray went in very easily. Plan to order a second one to have on hand for this rental property.

Had broken previous grille
The most difficult part was getting the old screw out of the top of the grille. Once that was accomplished, the rest was easy as can be. I would highly recommend your service - very good! Thank you!

machine was dead.
After removing the over-the-range unit (no small feat!) I had to figure out how to open the case (good puzzle!). Capacitor had already discharged, so it was very easy to reach in, pop the old fuse and install the new one! As per your advice, I found out I was a "28%-er"! Upon re-installation, the microwave "sprang to life"!! Thanks, "Part Select"!! I was already shopping around for a new machine! (Now if you could only tell me an easier way to re-mount this heavy beast over the stove!!!)
