Icemaker would not make ice. Diagnosed problem as being the cutter which was not cutting the ice thereby causing the machine to cycle draining the water receptacle.
Removed two thumb screws holding old cutter in place, Replaced old cutter with replacement part the same way I removed the old cutter. Problem solved.

Broken water nozzle
We pushed the water return hose up from the bottom of the freezer door then we cut the water hose off then we taped the new water hose to the old one using electrical tape then we pulled and pushed at the same time and ran it back down through the door, be careful when you get to the bottom of the door it might stick a little going through the door , on my first try the tape came off without the new hose coming through. Just run the old one back up through the door and re tape it and try again. The connection at the bottom is just a pull out and push in connection and it won't leak after you push it in.

fridge door switch did not work
I removed the switch housing (4 screws), replacing the switch in the housing was a snap. It took 5 minutes, cost $8 and light works like new!

Why didn't I order this part and do the repair earlier? Very simple.

Ice wouldn't melt into the small squares
At the top of the unit is the grid-cutter, to remove, I unscrewed the two turn screws (usually can do by hand but mine were a little tight so I used pliers to turn them). I slid the unit out and disconnected the power supply and light switch. I removed the plastic cover on the front and put it on the new grid cutter, lining up the light between the plastic and the edge of the grid. Slid the cover back on and then slide the grid cutter back into place. Hand turning the two screws and it was making ice in no time.
I saved more than $200 doing it myself!!!

The plastic nozzle on the water dispenser in the door broke off
I took the front access panel off by unscrewing the 2 philips screws under the water dispenser tray. The plastic trim piece lifts straight up. The assembly that holds the electronics to operate the ice dispenser and water dispenser is held to the door by two 1/4 hex head screws. You pull that up and out of the way. Then take the metal bracket off that holds the water nozzle to the door. There is a black water supply line that runs down the door and out the hole in the center of the left bottom hinge. (You’ll have to pull off the kick plate at the bottom of the refrigerator to access the connection) It is connected to a compression fitting that attaches to a larger white water supply that runs through the inside of the refrigerator. Feed the new black supply line down through the door (up top) and fish it through until it stops. It most likely will not poke through the hole in the hinge. I took a scratch awl to center the new hose to enable it to poke through the hole in the hinge. Reconnect the compression fitting, put the kick plate back in place, put the electronics back in place as well as the plastic trim piece that goes around the dispenser itself. Sit back, enjoy a glass or water and pat yourself on the back for saving yourself a $100 service call.

Light rocker switch broke and refrigerator light couldn't go on.
I just popped out the old switch with a flat head screwdriver. Removed the connections and then installed new switch by reversing steps. Popped in back in and the light went on.
