Broken Short Baffle
First, suggest that, if you're mechanically challenged, take pictures or write down the disassembly sequence you use.
Took off the door, removed the front sub panel, then the shroud. When I noticed the wires to the moisture sensors, etc., I remembered to unplug the unit. Once all the screws and clips are removed, used a pry bar to prop up the top of the unit. This makes it much easier to get to the baffle screws from the outside of the drum. Removed old baffles and replaced with the new ones, vacuumed out the inside of the unit, and put it back together in about an hour. It took the parts about three business days to arrive, so it was time to do laundry by then!

One of the three baffles in the dryer drum had broken and separated from the retention screws.
I unscrewed the door hinges and the screw + plastic retaining clips opposite the door hinges. That allowed me to remove the fron of the dryer which, in turn allowed me to access the baffle screws on the outside of the dryer drum. It is VERY handy to have a finger wratchet with which to undo these baffle screws. Old baffle out/new baffle in and button up the front of the machine. Pretty easy.
I would like to say that Partselect did a great job in all aspects of this repair. The website ordering format was very easy to use, the price was great, and the part arrived quickly and well packed.

Loud noise coming from inside dryer cabinet
A noise in the dryer cabinet started as a chirp, then slowly progressed into a constant squealing noise. After reading reviews on this site, I decided to go ahead and order the roller shafts and drum roller support kits for both sides. The cabinet was relatively simple to disassemble. I removed the door and the front panel, then lifted the top panel to expose the drum. After releasing the tension on the idler pulley I removed the belt and the drum from the cabinet. Once inside, I examined all moving parts and determined that, although the support rollers were worn, they were not the source of the noise, it was the idler roller itself. I order the additional parts that day, and had them the next afternoon. Once back inside the dryer cabinet, the removal and replacement of the idler pulley and assocaited bracket/shaft took less than five minutes. I went ahead and replaced the support rollers as well since I already had them delivered, and that took a total of about 15 minutes. The support rollers are held on the shatfs by c-clips, and having the special pliers built for removing those clips was a big help and time saver. All total this job can be competed by someone with moderate mechanical knowledge and basic tools. It did take some time and patience to get the drum and belt re-installed and routed around the correct route, including the motor polley and new idler pulley. Total time was over one hour, due more so to the time spent cleaing the lint out of the cabinet than actual part replacement.

Horrible squeaking noise coming from dryer
Replaced the roller and shaft. The bearing on the roller had worn out and then worn down the shaft. We let this go on for over a year. The shaft was worn half away. Found the service manual for my dryer online and used it as a guide to taking it apart. First door, then a couple of screws. Removed belt, then drum. Replaced rollers and shaft. The damaged parts were obvious. The rollers and shafts require the socket and snap ring pliers. There was a layer of rust dust all over the inside of the dryer. Vacuumed out all of the lint and rust. Put everything back together. Works great now, no squeaking.

Dryer made a loud screeching noise when running.
Replaced the glide bearings on the front of the dryer since the bearings were worn and the front of the tub showed signs of wear. This did not fix the screeching noise. Turns out it was the belt idler pulley. It spun freely and without making noise when I spun it with my finger. However, when I placed a little tension on it and spun it slowly I was able to duplicate the noise. I removed the roller and lubricated the arm it rides on. It hasn't made the noise since.

Loud Squeak
I had the dryer repaired for the same thing by a "professional" 3 years ago. When it started making the same noise again, my son was here and said he thought he could fix it. We ordered the drum support roller kit, which was what was replaced before. After my son took it apart he decided we should also order the roller shaft as it was worn. He also realized the "professional" had installed the wrong drum support roller kit and installed the rollers backwards, which might have something to do with the shaft also wearing. It's working fine now.

Dryer suddenly stopped tumbling
I pulled the dryer apart and found the belt dangling from the drum. Knee-jerked the purchase of a replacement belt without looking at anything else in the dryer.... (foreshadowing!!!!) When the belt arrived, it occurred to me that I hadn't considered that the old belt was still intact, just frayed a bit. At that point I found the idler pulley bushing had galled on its axle, and the plastic pulley had separated from the bushing and been ground down by the rotating belt. So I had to order (separately) the idler pulley. Using the GREAT video on belt repair (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=z76qrBmSUeE), I had the new idler pulley and belt on and the dryer reassembled in about an hour. The only slightly tricky part was having to re-bend the E-clip that holds the idler pulley so it would be tight in its groove. Thanks 1x10^6 for the outstanding tutorial video! And make sure you do a complete evaluation before ordering your parts.....

Long-time screach, drum finally stopped turning.
Although I'm mechanically inclined, you can do this repair if you've every used a screwdriver. I found a repair manual online and read through it just to make sure I was on the right path. I took the front panel(s) off, lifted the top up and out of the way, slipped the belt off the drum, and removed the drum. The rollers are easily replaced by taking a snap-ring off the end of the shaft. Clean the shafts and install the new rollers. The belt is easier to put on than replacing one on a car...actually, no tools required, just reach in and guide it over the motor pulley, pull the tension pulley back and slide the belt over it....line it up a little on the drum and that's it. Be careful putting the drum back in...that the felt guides are in place. Put the top and front parts back on and you're done.

I check on the internet to see how to do this before I started. I did just as they said to take the front cover off then the door and pull the drum out a short distance then put the belt on. It worked out just as they said to.This was very easy with the instruction on line. Thanks a lot.

horrible noise/clunking
One of the roller wheels was completely broken off. So I followed the video and took the drum out and replaced both roller wheels. Retaining clip pliers helped get the roller wheels off. Greased wheels prior to installing. Also removed the idler wheel on the motor assemply and greased it while I was in there. Also vacuumed all lint out (including motor). Pulled front of exhaust vent off using nut driver to remove screws. Cleaned lint from around the two sensors in that assembly. put everything back together and made sure belt was not down in the recessed groove on the tub. When reassembled, it was incredibly quiet.

Very noisy dryer.
I followed the procedure shown in the video. The only difference was that the model I have is a little newer than the one in the demo. The backing nut on the roller shafts used a 1/2 inch end wrench instead of a 9/16. It went very well and the dryer runs very quiet now. The wife is happy and says she thinks it's quieter than when it was new. Thanks for the demo video it made all the difference.
