rusted bottom panel
have an impact drill/driver with nut bits available and WD-40 on hand for badly rusted panels. A stiff wire brush and some high temp Rustoleum are needed to address new exposed rusted areas.

Bottom of grill was rotted/rusted out
Very easy. Hardest part for me was elevating the grill so I could work on it like a human. Take it apart, put it back together. Don't bother ordering magnets or the hardware kit. Bottom panel came with the magnets and I was able to reuse hardware.
