Is the assembly balance supposed to sound like there's jelly in it?

Hello Christina, thank you for asking. The assembly balance ring is filled with fluid and acts as a counterweight to keep the spin basket balanced as it agitates and spins. Due to the presence of a fluid, it may sound like it has jelly in it. We hope this information helps!
