This is a high-quality replacement for a missing or a faulty o-ring that was installed on a new unit. It is designed for use with Dyson upright vacuums. The part helps to provide an air-tight seal for the exhaust pre-filter. Seals over time may wear out and eventually will need to be replaced. Note, one high-quality rubber part is included.
