Brush stops turning when it touches the carpet but it turn fine when it not touching carpet

Hi William, thank you for your inquiry. We recommend installing the filter on the side of the ball correctly, there are two arrows that need to be aligned perfectly. If it does not work, check for a broken clutch belt, part number FIX12026084, seized brush bar, or a faulty clutch.
