The blade assembly broke when the wheel that connects blade and motor had it's threading stripped.

Step 1: Unscrew old blade assembly, detaching it from the blender.

Step 2: Insert new blade assembly.

Step 3. Affix the blade assembly to the blender by screwing it into the new wheel. This will attach the blade on the inside of the blender to the wheel on the outside of the blender which connects to the motor in the base. Read more...
