This genuine OEM drive coupling is used in your blender and attaches to the motor shaft in order to spin the blades. If your old coupling has become stripped or the teeth have cracked off, it should be replaced so that your blender runs properly. Remove the old coupling by using a flat blade screwdriver to pry it off. Use a cloth to wipe down the threads, ensuring there is no remaining debris. The new coupling has reverse threads, so it will be screwed on counterclockwise to the motor shaft. Please ensure that the appliance is unplugged before you begin any repairs.

When I discovered the coupling on by blender was bad, I threw the blender in the trash. Several hours later I retrieved it thinking I should be able to fix it.
I looked up the needed part on this website and ordered it. It arrived a few days later. I pried off the old coupling with a screwdriver and screwed the new coupling on. The blender works great. Thanks! Read more...

This is a replacement seal for your blender. The seal prevents leaking when you have contents in the blender. If your blender is leaking or is not properly connecting to the stand, you may have a damaged seal. This seal is approximately 3.5 inches in diameter and is sold individually. This is an OEM part sourced directly from the manufacturer.

Powers on monentarily at lowest speed. No other speeds work.
Primary problem was a bad speed control plate (SCP). I removed the rear cap exposing the speed control plate and pressed the adjustment screw while I changed speeds. It started working but saw sparking on the SCP contacts. Decided to first change out the worm gear & grease. 3 oz container of grease is avialable from Amazon. Don't buy the 1# pkg. You'll end up tossing most of it out. Contrary to other posts you must use food-safe grease, in case a leak develops, which was the case here. New control plate arrived damaged but the site replaced it promptly. Plate is labeled with wire colors but hard to read in dim light. Suggest drawing a diagram of the wire colors & placement before disconnecting. Also spent extra time adjusting the 3 screws on the plate so the mixer operated smoothly at all speeds. Rubber foot was much smaller & taller than the others and caused the mixer to rock slightly. Trimmed off the top and it worked fine. Read more...

Replaced coupler
After watching several videos on YouTube to see how others have removed the coupler, either I don't have the 'finesse tap' that is required to spin the coupler clockwise faster than the motor in order to remove or it was just locked and stuck. I ended up taking the bottom off of the unit and using a vise grip secured to the screw on the bottom of the motor fan and a pair of channel locks on the old coupler. The unit was laying on its side so that the vise grip was holding the fan in place against the counter top. I easily grabbed the coupler with the channel locks as it was slightly raised from the base surface. I cranked the coupler with a clockwise turn and it came right off. I installed the new coupler in seconds which automatically tightened upon running the unit with the jar. I'm back in my morning smoothie business! I also replaced the jar as the male piece on the bottom was also worn out. For ~$30, I refurb'd my blender. Not bad!! Read more...

This part is the replacement jar or cup for your blender. This assembly contains the blade and the jar. It is made of clear plastic with a black plastic handle, a white plastic base, and a metal blade. The blender jar locks into the blender base and holds the foods and liquids that you are blending. This jar has a 60-ounce capacity. To replace the jar, simply detach the old one from the base, and replace it with the new one. This is an authentic OEM part sourced directly from the manufacturer.
