Display board is not working (although refrigerator and freezer are). I would like to replace it, but I can't see how to access the panel. I don't see any screws, clips, etc. holding the housing. Is there a video available?

Hi Sue, Thank you for your question. We do not have a video for installing this control board, but this part usually comes with instructions. Before beginning this repair, unplug the refrigerator from the electrical outlet. Then remove the screws securing the main panel. There should tabs securing the main panel. Use a pair of pliers to squeeze the tabs together and carefully pull each corner forward. Before removing the control board, take note of how the connections are attached to it and then remove it. Install the new control board and follow the steps in reverse to reinstall the main panel. If you have any questions, please let us know. We are open 7 days a week.
