Tip Valve

This metal and plastic valve often sits in the air inlet bushing, and is supported by a spring. The valve is sold individually, please see specific manual for additional repair information. Spring

This is a spring for your sander. It is known as a conical spring because it is cone shaped, and coiled. It is comparable to a compression spring because it stores energy by absorbing shock, and then releasing it, to maintain the force between two surfaces. The spring is a part of the muffler assembly in your sander. The muffler assembly reduces the noise coming from your machine. Over time the spring may lose tension and need replacing. If you are replacing your muffler assembly, or similar parts, we also recommend replacing the spring for an even wear.

These blades in your die grinders are located on the rotor within the motor housing. This OEM set includes four blades, each measuring approximately 1-1/2 inches by 3/8 inches. When the tool is turned on, the motor drives the rotor, causing the blades to spin rapidly and help you shape various materials. It is important to regularly check the condition of the blades and replace them if they are visibly worn out or misaligned. Additionally, pay attention to any unusual signs during operation, such as increased noise, vibration, or burning smells. To replace the blades, refer to your user manual for detailed instructions on how to disassemble the motor housing. Typically, you will need to secure the tool in a padded vise, then use an adjustable pin wrench to remove the lock ring. Proceed with disassembling the tool by removing the collet and rotor nut from the rotor shaft, followed by the cylinder, spacer, and the four blades from the rotor.

Over time seals tend to shrink and crack allowing for air leaks. At that time it should be replaced to maintain top performance. It is made out of rubber material and it is sold individually. Replacing this item you would need a wrench to replace this item.
