Manufacturer Part Number
N019351
The compression spring is part of the impact drivers chuck assembly. The spring is found over the anvil shaft and provides tension to pull the chuck collar back after a bit is removed. Over time this part can lose tension or become damaged. A failed compression spring will cause the collar to move freely, and the driver bit will come loose. This is an OEM official part and is sold individually.
Carbon Brush With Spring

FIX10173724
Manufacturer Part Number
450374-12
This is a brush and spring for your power tools. This brush is sold individually, and two are needed for most power tools. We recommend replacing both brushes together for an even wear. When your brush wears down it will greatly affect your motor function by reducing the power and electric braking. When making this repair we recommend inspecting the armature for cracks or visible damage that would mean other motor problems. Carbon brushes are the most commonly replaced power tool part. This part is meant to wear out over time through the constant contact.

This carbon brush is sourced directly from the manufacturer, ensuring the proper fit with your equipment. N421245
Keep your impact driver or drill operating reliably with this retaining ring, a small but essential component that helps secure internal chuck and bit-retention parts in place. By preventing unwanted movement of key components, it helps maintain proper bit retention and consistent power transfer during operation. A worn, bent, or damaged retaining ring can lead to loose components, bit wobble, or retention issues, making replacement an important repair. Because retaining ring locations and sizes can vary between models, refer to your tool's parts diagram or service manual to confirm the correct application before installation. Sold individually.

It is positioned around the output shaft where it grips and secures the socket or adapter. Over time, the hog ring may corrode, break, or lose tension leading to socket instability. To remove a faulty hog ring, use needle-nose pliers or a small flat-head screwdriver to carefully pry it out of the mounting groove around the output shaft.
