Multi Rib Belt - 92-1/4"
Fix Number FIX346995
Manufacturer Part Number 341241
This multi rib belt is an OEM replacement part for a dryer. It attaches to the drum, idler pulley, and motor pulley, and is responsible for spinning the drum. Over time, the belt can become frayed, brittle, and inflexible. If you can hear the motor running, but the drum does not turn, it is likely that the belt is broken. Other symptoms of a broken multi rib belt include unusual noises, failing to start, no heat, a burning smell, and an unresponsive touchpad. Depending on the model, you will find the belt by looking behind the front panel or under the main top of the dryer. This belt is 1/4-inches wide, has a length of 92-1/4-inches, and has four ridges and three groves on the belt. Each belt is sold separately.

M Series New Style Coil Kit
Fix Number FIX334310
Manufacturer Part Number 279834
This OEM kit comes with two ignition coils (one three-terminal boost/hold coil, and one two-terminal secondary coil). Usually only one of them burns out, but you should replace them as a set as both have to be operational for the gas valve to open. The primary purpose of the part is to open the gas valve and allow the gas to enter the burner. This is a safety mechanism to make sure that there is never an unsafe buildup of gas inside the appliance. You will find the coils attached to the dryer gas valve. This is not an uncommon repair; it can fail due to normal material fatigue over time. To test your current parts, watch the burner, and if the igniter glows for a while and then shuts off without the gas is igniting, it usually means one of these coils is bad.

Dryer ran but did not dry clothing.
Best site I have ever used for repairs. First a list of what parts were needed was provided right from the start, no guessing. I followed all of the video's provided for installation instructions and and that was it. Very easy to make repairs and almost rebuilt my dated dryer to like new condition. Appliance was in very good physical condition just needed new components to bring it back. Highly recommend this site to anyone who can turn a wrench.

This chrome drip bowl is an OEM approved replacement part sourced directly from the manufacturer. Drip bowls are a part for your cooktop, positioned underneath the burner to catch spills. It is common for the manufacturer to switch up designs, so it may not match your current part, however searching using the correct model number will ensure proper fit and function. Each drip bowl is sold individually, so if you are interested in replacing your other drips bowls, they need to be ordered separately. Snubber Ring
I began by unplugging the unit first, securing the lid with duct tape and laying the washer on its front face. I removed the belt and transmission pulley per instructions contained in the replacement kit. Mainly consists of popping the "E" ring off with a screwdriver. Once the pulley was off, I stood the washer upright and to access and remove tub. Having the tub out made it easier to compress the brake spring when re-attaching the brake stator. Removing the tub is easy, I just popped off the tub cover and tilted the tub around to ease the tension and remove the bottom springs with pliers (this may require an assistant). With the tub removed, I turned it over to remove the brake stator. USE CAUTION WHEN REMOVING THE BRAKE STATOR. A 200 LB BRAKE SPRING IS UNDER IT AND IS UNDER TENSION. With the new brake rotor and brake stator secured, I replaced the snubber ring and motor pivot spring. I put it all back together in reverse order and it spun like a top, is quieter and stops on a dime! Read more...

Washer would run and agitate but would not spin.
Prior to the spin cycle not working, the washer would make a loud screeching noise when the spin cycle would stop. I wasn't sure if there was a problem with the break rotor or some bearing was out. Due to the washer's age, I decided to go ahead and replace the pulley, brake rotor, motor pivot spring and snubber ring components. I began by unplugging the unit first, securing the lid with duct tape and laying the washer on its front face. I removed the belt and transmission pulley per instructions contained in the replacement kit. Mainly consists of popping the "E" ring off with a screwdriver. Dryer Radiant Flame Sensor
Fix Number FIX11741429
Manufacturer Part Number WP338906
This genuine OEM part is a radiant flame sensor for your gas dryer. It is used to determine when the temperature of the igniter is hot enough to ignite the gas. Once the igniter is hot enough, it allows the valve to open to release the gas. This acts as a safety mechanism which prevents dangerous levels of gas from building up. If your dryer will not start, is not producing enough heat, not heating up at all, is taking too long to dry laundry, or is shutting off too soon, you may need to replace the radiant flame sensor. Please be sure to disconnect the power and gas supply to your dryer before beginning this repair.
Installation Instructions
William from Corsicana, TX
Oor dryer would not get hot.
I opened the bottom section and watched as the igniter got red hot as it should but the gas valve did not open. I wired around the sensor and the gas valve opened and the fuel ignited. VERY IMPORTANT: DO NOT RUN YOUR DRYER IN THIS STATE: IT WILL BLOW UP!! I did a VERY short test, then ordered the new sensor. Just one screw holds the sensor (as shown in the Parts video). One screw out, new sensor, one screw in and our dryer is back in full and proper running order.
