Product Description

This part includes one metal OEM piston ring, used in nailers and staplers. It attaches to the top of the piston/connecting rod. It creates a seal in the cylinder, which helps to build pressure. A damaged piston ring will allow air to leak, resulting in a weak drive on the nail. Over time, the piston ring may start to deteriorate and will need to be replaced. For this repair, remove the top cap of the nail gun and push up on the driver to remove the piston from the nail gun.
