Holding air but won’t fire pin

My Porter Cable bn200a, 18 ga. Brad Nailer is blowing air from the exhaust port. I took the cap off and a broken o ring fell out. It's a brown color that I think used to be clear. I ordered an a00104 o ring but can't figure out where it came from. Any ideas from what I've told you?
