This is a black plastic impeller for blowers and vacuums. Please note that the hardware to secure the impeller is sold separately. This genuine OEM part is designed to replace the original. The impeller (or fan) is fastened in the blower housing and attaches to the crankshaft of the engine. When the impeller rotates it creates airflow.
