This is a bell blade support, also known as a bell spacer, for your lawn mower. It is fitted between the bottom of the blade, and the blade bolt. This part provides support for the blade. It is made of metal to ensure a long life. If there is visible damage or wear, replace this part.

Installation Instructions

Michael from Lillian, AL
Blade became warped over time, baffle was falling down
In order to change the blade in a push mower you need to use a 2x4 or equivalent to stop the blade from spinning. I bent the blade back previously by heating it up but I think it was causing too much vibration so I got a new blade after hitting stumps over the years. I run some things into the ground. The spark plug is amazing and really high quality. Its a simple change. The drive belt is also a simple change, any 6 in 1 if you remove the screw heads will have the right nut sizes for most mower parts. Always lube up the belt "like two drops" with a little belt oil and it will last longer. I use diesel oil, 3 n 1, or chain saw bar lube oil. The tensioner for the belt is an easy adjustment. This model is also prone to fuel lines being blocked. Just detach the fuel line, blow it out with your mouth, and reattach. Have had it happen twice in 10 years, some people would be pulling spark plugs, diagnosing the engine, etc, its pretty easy, just put some fuel on the carb to see if your getting fuel blockage. Bearing, Ball 11/16x1

This authentic replacement part is designed for use with Craftsman snowblowers. Ball bearings are used to reduce friction between rotating parts. The balls or rollers take the load and spin, distributing the weight evenly while the minimal contact area of the ball reduces friction. This bearing helps to secure the arbor shaft, allowing it to rotate. Bearings experience constant wear from pressure, heat, vibration, and friction eventually requiring replacements. This high-quality component is made of durable metal and is sold individually. A wrench set will be needed to perform this repair.
