Spark Plug Bpm-8Y
Fix Number FIX9263506
Manufacturer Part Number 15901019830
Replacing the spark plug should be part of your regular maintenance. How often to replace it depends on your model but is generally changed at least once a year or more, depending on use. When a spark plug has gone bad this can lead to a hard-starting engine, a misfire, or the engine not starting at all. Replacing it is very easy. Start by gapping your new spark plug according to the manufacturer specifications. For this repair, start by removing the boot from the old plug, use a wrench to remove it, and twist it off with your hand. Now thread the new replacement spark plug into place and tighten it using the wrench. This manufacturer-approved spark plug is sold individually.

Fuel Tank Vent
Fix Number FIX9183121
Manufacturer Part Number A356000031
This check valve or the fuel tank vent is connected to the fuel tank in the following products: hedge trimmer, leaf blower/vacuum, chainsaw, edger, engine, tiler, auger, water pump, chipper shredder, sprayer, and brush cutter. The check valve allows air into the fuel tank to prevent vacuum when the fuel is being fed through the fuel line. Tip: if the vent is clogged, your engine may stall. Gear, Bevel
Fix Number FIX9246388
Manufacturer Part Number V651000001
This is a single bevel gear for a chainsaw. Your chainsaw has two bevel gears that allow you to adjust the chain tension. One has a post with a slot in it (for a screwdriver), which mates to a second bevel gear that is attached to the adjustment screw. This part includes the bevel gear that has the post and screwdriver slot, the other bevel gear mentioned is sold separately, so it is wise to inspect both at the same time and order accordingly. The bevel gear is prone to wear, especially if the chain is over-tensioned, however this is a basic repair that should not take very long to complete.

Tensioner, Chain
Fix Number FIX9191505
Manufacturer Part Number C309000030
This is an OEM quality chain tensioner for a chainsaw. This part is attached to the adjustment screw and fits into an opening on the bar. When you turn the adjuster it moves the tensioner, which either tightens or loosens the chain on the bar. Usually when the chain tensioner is damaged, it is because the bar has been over-tightened. Over-tightening strips the threads out of the pin or adjustment screw. You will need to remove the brake assembly bar and chain from the saw to access this part.
