This is a single fuel filter found in numerous types of lawn and garden equipment that have small engines. The fuel filter cleans the fuel before making its way to the carburetor, thus preventing build up. If this flow of fuel is blocked, this will cause issues with starting the engine. Luckily, this common maintenance task is very quick and easy to do, and should be done annually, if not more depending on usage. You will start by draining the fuel tank and removing the spark plug.

This is a manufacturer-approved oil filter replacement, sold independently. The oil filter is essential in preventing damaging impurities from mixing with the engine oil. Having a well-maintained oil filter is extremely important to keeping your engine running smoothly and efficiently. It is recommended to replace the oil filter at least once a season, every one-hundred hours, or every other oil change. If you work in a particularly dusty or sandy environment, change more frequently. To change the oil filter, start by draining the oil from the engine (in accordance with your manufacturer instructions). Next, remove the old filter and wipe up the filter adapter gasket surface. Apply a light coat of clean oil to the rubber gasket on the new oil filter. Install the replacement oil filter onto the filter adapter. Turn it clockwise until secure.

This part includes one OEM air filter for a chainsaw. We suggest having a few extra of these on-hand as they are a regular maintenance part that should be inspected and replaced regularly (at least once a year). The air filter plays the important role of blocking debris from making its way to the carburetor and engine, which can lead to serious engine problems. When the air filter is at capacity, this limits the air flow to the engine, causing it to not perform properly or at all.

This is an individual air filter for a chainsaw. It is sourced directly from the original manufacturer, ensuring proper fit and quality performance. The air filter protects the carburetor and engine from debris such as sawdust. If the air filter is clogged, this can cause a poorly performing engine and increased fuel consumption. As part of your regular maintenance, the air filter should be cleaned every five hours and replaced when tarnished or damaged. When cleaning or replacing the air filter, be sure to also clean the cover and surrounding area so debris does not get into the carburetor chamber while the cover is removed.

This is a genuinely sourced air filter for a chainsaw, sold as one unit. A dirty or worn air filter can decrease the life and performance of the engine and increase the amount of fuel consumed, which is bad for the environment and your pocket. The air filter should be cleaned every 5 hours of operation. Keep in mind that once the air filter has been used, it is not possible to clean it completely, therefore should be replaced every fifty hours of operation, or once a year. To access the air filter, unfasten the screws securing the cylinder cover and remove it. Remove the air filter cover and air filter. Line-up the new air filter and reassemble your equipment.
