Replace your cooktop’s heating module with this black radiant element cartridge, featuring two burners and a glass-ceramic surface. It plugs into compatible units and includes all necessary components for installation. Measuring approximately 24" L x 5.5" W x 14.5" H, it fits models from Jenn-Air and other Whirlpool-family brands. Basic tools and safety precautions are recommended. Sold as a single unit.

Indicator lights are lit but burners do not heat at all. A couple of weeks ago we replaced one infinity switch. Worked until one day while making soup, burners went from Hi to no heat. Is this likely a ceramic burner issue or the cartridge receptacle?

If it is working, then the problem is most likely with its burner cartridge terminal block, part number FIX11757594. Customer service is available 7 days a week if you need help placing an order. The old radiant cartridge was looking bad, the paint on the edges was chipping and the burners showed marks from spillage.
I unplugged the old cartridge and plugged in the new one. I turned on each burner, to make sure that they worked and the installation was finished. The longest part of this installation was taking the packaging off the new part.
