The item was rusting and many of the arms were missing
There were no directions with the new parts, however, watching U-Tube made it somewhat easier. One item which should be noted is that the torx screws must be very carefully removed by turning back and forth to loosen them. Otherwise you may break off the head of one of the screws and it is impossible to get the remaining part of the sc rew out.
