Due to a recent redesign, it is recommended to replace the tine row clips as well (part number PS11757053) to ensure proper fit and function. Lower dish rack was eroding & falling apart
No installation instructions were included with this order but I watched helpful video on Whirlpool website. The center spout on lower rack needs to be gently twisted to remove so it can be added to new rack. Very easy! PatC

Rusted/Broken Tines
Simple repair. However, the only top rack available is dark grey, bottom is light grey. For over $400, I would have expected them to match. Still, this is better than getting a new "water saving" unit. (Just like the new washers, they take forever, and don't clean very well.) This old unit soldiers on. We use vinegar in the rinse aid disp enser to keep the unit and dishes sparkling clean. One more thing: I bought the wheel kit just to be safe, but the old ones came off easily (even after 7 years).
