replaced the pump
I followed the video instructions and it was pretty easy to do...I impressed myself and a bunch of friends...repair company wanted $430.00 for the part and labor..I did it for $159.00 the cost of the part! I am a 68 yr old woman so if I can do this all by myself you can too!!! The video was great and it was right on with instructions!

drianpump went out. was surprised i have only owned the washer for 4 years
I watched the vido you have on your website and that is how I did it. the only problem I had was getting the black hose back on.
