Cast iron grate was broken after being dropped onto the floor.
Removed broken grate, and deposited in trash. Removed new grate from shipping carton and placed in proper spot on top of stove. Total time required was approximately 20 seconds.

Replacement grate
Opened the packet with GREAT difficulty - needed everyone of the tools listed to break through the bubble wrap. Alignment was an issue - a square grate in square hole - hummm ...360' of opportunities to get it wrong - luckily it slotted right in - fortuitous in deed.
