Burnt out heating element.
1) TURN OFF POWER TO UNIT! Even with the oven off the wires attached to the heating element are live! 2) Remove two Philips head screws in rear of oven compartment that hold retaining plate that holds the element in place. 3) Carefully pull element forward 3-4" being careful to minimize pulling out insulation that may get snagged to wi ring. 4) Disconnect tongue/tab wire connections from element. 5) Reverse process to replace new element.
