These hold the drum in place while it rotates, so if they have become worn it can make for a lot of noise while the machine is operating. This genuine OEM part is sold individually, however your dryer will have two support rollers. As they tend to wear at the same rate, we suggest replacing both at the same time. The tools needed to complete this repair include a putty knife, 5/16 nut driver, and a pair of pliers. Completing this repair requires removing the drum from the dryer to access the support rollers.
