This Burner is an OEM approved replacement part for various models of Broil-Mate, Huntington, and Sterling propane grills, to ensure this part fits your grill, please see the "Model Cross Reference List" below. The Main Burner is the primary source of heat for cooking food on a grill. If a burner on your gas grill produces only a low flame, or if it has become corroded, cracked, or rusted, it needs to be replaced. This part is made of durable stainless steel, measures 15-3/4" L x 1" W, and may also be referred to as a Burner Tube. Each Tube is sold individually.

Installation Instructions

James from KEWASKUM, WI
My burners were rusting out so the flame wasn't even when I was cooking.
Step 1: With the gas and grill off :), remove grill grates and flavorizers/heat plates.
Step 2: Towards the front of the grill, there is a 2-piece bracket that holds the burners in place as well as the igniter. The top piece of the bracket should separate from the bottom by pulling up. Mine was a little rusted so I had to pull a little harder.
Step 3: Remove the old burners. There is a little metal tab at the top(back) of the burner that holds it down. Again mine were rusty so it took a little coaxing and I actually broke one off.
Step 4: Insert new burners front first. The slot at the top/back of the burner should slide over the little metal tab at the back.
Step 5: Ignite grill to check for level flame.
Step 6: Turn grill off and replace heat plates/falorizer and grill grates.
