Retainer Bar End Cap - Left or Right Side

This genuine OEM part is made of white plastic and can be used for either the left or righthand side of the bar. The retainer bar keeps items from falling off the shelf when the fridge door is open and closed. If an end cap has become damaged, the retainer bar may not stay in place properly. The end caps are sold individually, so if you need to replace more than one, please be sure to order the correct quantity. To replace an end cap, you will need a small flat blade screwdriver to release the locking tabs.

This will allow you to store items in the freezer door. It is a little more than 2 inches long and is made of white plastic. To replace the end cap, you can simply depress the locking tab and remove the entire bar and end cap assembly. Then, use a flat blade screwdriver to depress the locking tab, and the endcap will detach. Finally, snap the new end cap locking tabs into place, and snap the bar assembly back onto the freezer door.
