The clear glass tray measures approximately 12 inches in diameter, and it is the surface that your dish sits on when heating food. If the tray has become cracked or damaged, it may result in the turntable not rotating, which means your food will not heat evenly. If this happens, the tray should be replaced. No tools are required to replace this part, simply line up the tray with the drive coupling ensuring that the three partial circles connect to the driver.

Drive Coupling This glass tray drive coupling, also known as a tray support, is a genuine OEM replacement part. It can help solve the issue of your microwave tray not turning properly. This motor couple connects the motor to the turntable. To replace this part, make sure the microwave is unplugged first. Remove the glass tray, and the existing coupling. Insert the new coupling into the motor shaft.

Turntable Coupler This turntable motor coupler connects the turntable motor to the turntable tray to activate the tray. If your tray does not consistently turn or does not turn at all, replace this part. This part measures 1 1/2" in diameter. Rotating Ring The rotating ring in your microwave rests under the microwave plate, and allows it to rotate when the microwave is running. It is a round plastic ring with 3 wheels spaced out around the perimeter. If your microwave plate or tray is not turning, you could have a broken or damaged rotating ring. This plastic ring is gray in color and is approximately 10 inches in diameter. The 3 wheels are made of white plastic. This part is sold individually.
