This turntable assembly, also known as a rotating ring, is a genuine OEM replacement part for your microwave. It is brown in color and about 10 inches in diameter. The turntable support assembly is also known as a roller guide, fits under the cooking tray and is used to support the tray and to engage the rotating coupler. The support assembly has 3 arms and each is approximately 4 inches long. If your cooking tray will not turn, or rumbles when it turns, check the support assembly for signs of wear or damage. If no damage can be seen, check the coupler for damage.
