Dryer ran but did not dry clothing.
Best site I have ever used for repairs. First a list of what parts were needed was provided right from the start, no guessing. I followed all of the video's provided for installation instructions and and that was it. Very easy to make repairs and almost rebuilt my dated dryer to like new condition. Appliance was in very good physical condition just needed new components to bring it back. Highly recommend this site to anyone who can turn a wrench.

Oor dryer would not get hot.
I opened the bottom section and watched as the igniter got red hot as it should but the gas valve did not open. I wired around the sensor and the gas valve opened and the fuel ignited. VERY IMPORTANT: DO NOT RUN YOUR DRYER IN THIS STATE: IT WILL BLOW UP!! I did a VERY short test, then ordered the new sensor. Just one screw holds the sensor (as shown in the Parts video). One screw out, new sensor, one screw in and our dryer is back in full and proper running order.

dryer quit working during operation and failed to restart
resistor is located on top back of dryer, so just removed metal plate on back with screwdriver. other parts are located above drum, and top of dryer is hinged, so lifted top of dryer by taking small screwdriver and wedged between front and top of dryer enough to get fingers underneath top and lifted. very simple. door switch and high limit switch could be viewed and removed at this point.

Dryer plastic door catch was broke on dryer
I watched several videos on how to replace the latch, but my latch was broken on one side so I took a pair of pliers and a screwdriver and pried the old one out. Push the new one in, then replaced the male catch on the door. i didn't tighten the screw holding the male latch because they use it to allign the latch with the catch.

replaced blower wheel and belt
taking it apart was easy the hard part was removing excess plastic from D shaped hole in wheel. There is so much plastic in center hole that it will not seat on shaft. I had to use a drill and dove tail file to do this project. F.Y.I. this was the second wheel the first i broke when it was half way on the shaft tap lightly my friend.

Dryer was making loud noises.
Basically I did it as shown in the video. I want to note that there was no blower wheel clamp on the broken blower wheel. This was the third time I have replaced that blower wheel, and lack of a clamp may have contributed to premature failure. Luckily, this time I watched the video before ordering parts so I knew about the clamp. Don't forget the clamp., Read more...

Burned belt and motor drive pulley broken
Step 1 disconnect power cord from outlet step 2 disconnect dryer hose from outlet. Step 3 pull dryer away from wall so you have plenty of room to work on it step 4 push up on top cover until it releases and flips up support against wall . Step 5 take out two screws 2 that hold front panel in place. Lift off panel from top and place on side of dryer being careful of electrical connections for door switch. Step 6 lift drum out of dryer and place away from dryer.step 7 with one set of water pump pliers being careful not to damage cooling fins on,motor grab the main shaft of motor and hold tight while taking second set of water pumps or adjustable wrench on broken pulley and turn to the left to loosen because it has a left hand thread. Step 8 replace broken pulley with new pulley tighten . I vacuumed all lint from motor, impellers and complete base of dryer. Step 9 put new belt in place with rubber side with grooves against drum thread around new motor pulley and engageven drum backed into dryer making sure back of drum rides on wheels on back and skids in front. Step 10 pull tensioner and weave belt around tensioner making sure drum runs freely an belt is in proper alignment Step 11 replace all cover's and try spinning drum to make sure it rides freely
