If there is still water left in your dishwasher after it has finished running, there may be an issue with your drain pump. The pump is designed to remove water from the tub, and if that is not happening then it could be due to damaged that is causing the motor not to run or a crack causing a leak. If a new pump is required, this is a genuine OEM replacement part. Completing this repair will be easiest if you pull the dishwasher out from under the cabinet. You will need to disconnect both the water and electrical supply to the appliance before starting.

The chopper is used to mince up food particles in the dishwasher, which prevents them from clogging up the pump. If you need to replace the chopper, this is a genuine OEM assembly for your dishwasher. Before beginning this repair, be sure to disconnect the power to your dishwasher. You will need to remove both the upper and lower racks from the dishwasher in order to easily access the chopper assembly. You will need a number 15 and number 20 torque screwdriver and a pair of needle nose pliers to complete this repair.
