This is a genuine OEM replacement part. This surface burner plug-in block kit is designed for use with surface elements of your ranges and cooktops. This kit helps connect the wire harness to the surface element. If your element is not heating, or if it only heats intermittently you may have an issue with your terminal block. This is a newer-style terminal block kit, it includes the plastic receptacle block, two metal brackets, two pre-crimped hi-temp wire leads with terminals, two ceramic nuts, two screws, and heat shrinking insulators. Before beginning this repair make sure you have unplugged your appliance.

This genuine OEM kit includes the parts required to replace a surface burner receptable on your range. The kit comes with a plastic block, a metal bracket, high temperature wire nuts, and wires. The burner elements on the cooktop plug into the receptacle, and if the burner is not heating up properly, the receptacle may need to be replaced. Other signs that the receptacle is faulty is if there is corrosion on the element terminals. Before beginning this repair, please be sure to disconnect the power supply to your range. You will need a pair of wire strippers and a Phillips screwdriver for this installation.

Terminal Block It provides a way of connecting individual electrical wires and offers protection of the device from electrical surges (voltages and/or currents).

Receptacle Kit This surface burner receptacle assembly comes with the receptacle, two wires, two wire nuts, and two pieces of heat-shrink tubing.

Cartridge Male Contact Spade This cartridge assembly male contact spade is made of metal. These are sold individually, though each range uses four contact spades.

Burner Cartridge Terminal Block This is a burner cartridge terminal block for your range/cooktop. If you are having trouble with your elements heating up, this part may need to be replaced. It does not come with spades or wiring. This part is necessary to connect your house power to your range wire harness. To order the spades or the wiring take note of your appliance and model number, as they vary depending on the unit.

Cartridge Receptacle This cartridge receptacle is almost four inches long. It is white in color and is made of ceramic.
