The seal was broken on the agitator cap barrier
Removed the fabric softner at the top of the agitator (needed a screw driver to pry it loose) and reached in to grab the barrier with my hand and pulled it out, very simple to do.When I put the new one in I put some liquid soap on the gasket and it snapped right into place.Very easy to do, all is well now, thanks Part Select.

There were 2 problems, the first was the coupling was bad and 2nd was the agitator
To replace the coupling, I disconnected the hoses, and drain hose and unplugged the washer and tipped it over onto its side as access to this area on this machine is from the bottom. Next I took out the screws that hold the strap for the motor and tried to separate the motor from the transmition. This was a little difficult because the weight of the tub was against me. So I removed the drain hose and turned the washer on its back which made that easier. I replaced the coupling and reconnected the motor straps and reconnected all hoses. The agitator was easier. There is 1 bolt under the top cover that I removed and the top agitator came right out. The problem was the plastic dogs that make the agitator turn. The new dogs didn't come with any instruction and it took a few moments of studying the dogs to determine how they should go in. Once I figured that out the rest was easy.

Top agitator would not spin
Teeth inside the plastic gear ring had worn down after almost constant use. FYI, this is a "Commercial" branded washer and we have used it almost daily since purchase. It doesn't have the bells and whistles (or the electronic boards) the new ones have, but it washes clothes and does it well! I ordered the complete agitator kit, reasoning it would be faster to replace the entire unit - I was right. The single bolt is 7/16" and required a socket wrench with a 10" extension bar. The hardest part was getting the tools together, and this took the longest. Actual repair only consumed about 10" - remove the bolt, put the new assembly on and replace the bolt. The printed instructions were not completely clear as to whether the thrust washer went above the slip clutch or below it, and I could not get the halves of the old agitator apart to verify, so I went with putting it below the clutch. I am reasoning that the upper assembly should rest on this plastic washer to reduce wear on the separate halves of the assembly.

Upper Agitator not moving
Removed the fabric softner dispenser, used a 7/16 socket with ratchet to remove the bolt, pulled up on the Lower Agitator. Placed on floor, put foot on each side pulled up on the Upper Agitator tossed away. Cleaned the lower agitator at top reached in with a pair pliers removed the two little tits. Replaced the parts as per instructions with parts. Wished they had included the grease as part of the kit, i just used some white grease it reples water and good for friction. My kit did not have a new bolt in it.

Auger would come completetly off when taking out clothes. The rubber washer had disintegrated.
I watched a Part Select video on replacing the augitator and just followed the directions to replace the thrust washer (which was showing wear) and the washer. The instructions that came with the thrust washer were helpful as well.
