loud noise on spin cycle
I had previously done a partial tear down on the machine to see if I thought I could do the repair. The dealer try's to scare you with warnings about special tools etc. Looked OK and after reading other comments on this site, I thought I would try. The only comment that I would add to what has already said is that you should have the recommended sealer or an equivalent sealer. I used weatherstrip adhesive that I had on hand. Hope that it holds up! Like it says in the directions, the seal will lift up if there is too much sealer under the lip of the seal. Just hold down the seal with a weight until the adhesive sets up and then it will stay. I've fixed cars for 30 years and this was an easy repair comparable to replacing wheel bearings.

Washer would not finish washing even though the timer was done. Did that for a weel or so then finally quit.
Washer was full of water when it finally quit so I had to remove the front panels first so I could manuver the top to get to the back of the control panel. Remove the five screws from the back of the control panel. Pop off the cover on the timer knob. Pull the button from the center of the knob once the cover is off . Remove knob. Inside the control panel there is one screw holding the timer in place remove that and slide timer towards the center of machine ,remove electrical connector and it should be out.And remember to unplug machine first!!!!!

dispenser did not come with maching
All I had to do was take off the white cap on top of the spinner, place the dispenser cup in the hole and it was done! It works great even though there was no indication that my model would work with a dispenser. It was the best $3.95 I ever took a chance on!

Tub leaking and bearing very noisy
After totally disassembling the washer ; the parts arrived, wrong parts! called and resolved issue, recvd parts and proceeded without special tools, PB Blaster solvent is awesome!!! I removed the seal & bearing with little effort with a hammer and screw driver. Greased new seal and installed effortless. Waher back in operation in less than 2 hours of receiving the parts.

Old hot water inlet hose had budge at both ends.
Turn water off at the inlet valve of hose you are replacing. Disconnect inlet hose the washer and let water drain out in a bucket. Then remove old hose. Replace new hose to inlet valve then washer . Use pliers to tighten both ends. Turn on water to check leaks at both ends of hose.

V-belt replacement
Replacing the spin belt is like the others have said, but I'll add a couple of cautions. Don't try to separate the driven pulley on the water pump from the pump shaft. Instead, separate the water pump from the driven pulley. And, make sure you know the routing of the belt for reassembly, because it has to go between the correct legs that support the water pump. Get it wrong and you'll have to start all over. I pulled the machine away from the wall by about 18" and put a block of wood under the front of the machine to raise only the front to 9" or 10" off the floor which made it easier to do the work. Try and take a digital photo of the belt routing from a couple of angles before beginning. Don't forget to route the belt around the tensioner pulley.

Timer was sticking on rinse
The person who wrote in on how he did his repair on the timer was perfect. I would have replaced the time on my own but I would have taken longer. Instead, I followed his instructions and finished in a little over 15 minutes.I like how you print people's instructions. It definetly helps the next person. I also like your set as well Tks.

Original belt broke (due to age)
Basically you have to remove the drive motor and pump (in that order). This allows you to get the belt around the drive motor pully wheel. It took me a few tries to get the belt routed right. I assume that if you know what you are doing you can complete this in under an hour. It took me about 4 hours, though - cause I didn't know what I was doing at first. Hehe.
Hope this helps.
