Water constantly leaking into the washer
Simple repair. #20 Torx, pair of pliers and 10 minutes to complete the job. Part was exact fit. Turned off the water supply, removed the three screws at the back, slid the top to the back and lifted it off to reveal the valve. Removed the screw holding the valve in place, slid the valve to the right and pulled the valve out to the inside. Used pliers to move the hose retainer off the valve, removed the hose, unplugged the wires, and reversed the procedure to install the new valve.

Both door latch parts broke, one on the door and the other on the washer.
When I looked at the website for latch repair they showed a video (can't remember which brand but not Amana) where you had to take off the top and front of the washer to get at the latch part on the washer. For the Amana I had, you simply had to pull out a portion of the rubber gasket held onto the washer by a wire/spring combination (you can take the wire off) to get at the latch assembly. You could then undo the three screws holding the latch to the washer, pull it out and unplug the three wiring connections to remove the old latch. Then plug connections into the new latch, reinstall, tighten screws and fit gasket and wire/spring assembly back together. Much easier than going thru the top and front of the washer!

Shut water off to washer, unhook hoses, removed back panel of washer, removed screw that holds the valve in place then unhooked the water line that connects to the washer and removed part. Both outside door handles turned very beige
Everything worked perfectly---thanks to the suggestion of your call center agent. She suggested that since the replacement door handles were no longer available, I should consider repainting them--it worked like a charm. Please tell her she was a life saver. We rent that house in Fl and my returning tenants had complained about the discoloring refer handles. Thank you

Broken drum baffles fell off and made holes in my clothes
Easy peezy!! Next day delivery, as promised for parts that could not be found anywhere else. I placed the baffles in the washer and clicked them in using both hands one by one. I'm petite and weigh about 110 lbs. The total installation time was less than 2 mins. I was given a $200 quote just for installation but, spent less than $100 and installed myself. Thank you!! I will not wait so long and shop around next time. I'm going straight to partsect.com to save time and money. Although I have to buy new clothes now since my washer put holes in all my clothes. But, the problem is finally solved and I am so grateful.
