The knob was spinning but not engaging the selection plate which would not move.
I pulled the clip out of the old knob and removed the knob. I then set up the clip on the new knob so it was partially engaged and would still allow the knob to be pushed onto the stem. I then aligned the new knob into place and used a pair of needle nose pliers to push in the clip and secure the knob. It was fast and fairly easy. Now the whole mechanism works like when the washer was new.

My dryer wouldn't start, I saw the part on your website after reading comments from other people
I put the nob on the post, one side is flat the rest of the lever on the dryer is round. So I matched up the lever with he inside of the new knob and slid it on . The dryer works perfectly. I ordered it on May 5 th and the nob arrived May 15 th. I guess Georgia is a long way from Arizona. But the part fit perfectly and I am happy. Thankyou.

The Start knob broke off
At first the knob seemed like it would not fit on, but after I sprayed it with WD-40 oil, it slipped with a gentle, steady push

I watched the instruction video on your site to install a knob and clip on a GE washer. It was very helpful. Installation was very quick, less than 15 minutes.
I followed the easy instructions on the video site for installing a knob and clip on a GE washer. The knob and clip were not available to find locally. I was told at a part store that a whole new operating switch had to be replaced which would be approximately $180 to buy. After visiting your site, and viewing your easy instructions, only a knob and clip were needed. Delivery was in 3 days. Very easy installation. Saved bucks. Pleasant experience.

Washing Machine Would Not Agitate
I noticed that the agitator would spin without any resistance and must be stripped. I pulled the agitator straight up and it came right off. I then used an open end wrench to remove the bolt securing the agitator coupler to the metal spline. It came right off and was obviously stripped. Upon receiving the new coupler, slipped it straight on and tightened the coupler. Placed the agitator on the coupler and tested the washer, it worked. Very easy. My wife was ready to buy a new washing machine and I fixed it with a six dollar part.

Agitator not working.
Easy as it gets. I did this repair while playing Wii with my 8 year old and cooking supper... Still no more than a 10 minute fix.

Place a towel on one side of the washer so you won't scratch it.

Tie a loop of rope around the middle of the agitator between the upper and lower fins. Wrap the other end of the rope around a 2x4 ( I used a level), or anything similar and wind it around until the 2x4 is pulled down level with the top, keeping one end on the towel.

Yank the other end firmly a few times, and the agitator will seperate from the coupling. I had to snatch it pretty hard.

I removed the 7/16" bolt from the coupling, pulled it off the spline and replaced it with the new one.

The agitator slid right back into place with no trouble, and it is good as new.

What seemed like an expensive repair, or even the need for a new appliance was essentially removing one bolt and a replacing a $6 part.

Thanks!

Knob was stripped
Unplugged the electrical cord and pulled the knob out and used a small mirrow to see and turn the clip to where it would slip off with the needle nose pliers. It took longer to find the mirror than to replace the knob.(lol)

Agitator is not turning
Agitator came off easily, but the agitator coupling was a little bit hard to remove. I have to yank it hard to be able to remove it. Putting the new part in is a bit hard too. I had to use a hammer to put it in. (with a piece of wood in between). Tried it with a small load and We're back in business. It was a pleasant experience to do business with you guys. Thanks for the quick turnaround.
