Drain pump making load screeching noise
I pulled washer out and removed filler hoses from water supply and drain hose and tilted it forward placing three short 2X4's under the washer to keep it tilted forward. Removed
back plate with nutdriver. Removed belt from pulley and disconnected the two hoses from pump with pliers. Removed three large screws from pump base with nutdriver and removed old pump. Installed the new pump in reverse order. Quick and fairly easy took about 30 minutes.

The water pump went out
UNPLUG ELECTRICITY. I pulled out the washing machine turned the water off pulled all of your hoses from the back of the machine there may be a mess so you need some thing that will catch the water as it comes out of the hoses. On the bottom of the machine is a belt you have to remove it. Its easy just pull it off. On the back is a panel that you unscrew four screws. On the water pump it self you unscrew three screws. Then for the new part you do in reverse order screw your three screws back in put your hoses back on make sure your clamps are tight around your hoses or you will have a leak. Put your panel back on. Put your belt back on. Turn your water on from the wall plug in the electricity and you are done.

Water dripped into washer even when off
Hardest part was figuring out how to get to the water valve. Turned out that the way in was from the top. All I had to do is remove two screws at the back of the top panel, and then unclip the front edge of the top panel (use a thin screwdriver to press in on the clips from the front of the machine). From there, it was easy to reach down inside and remove/replace the valve.

Water removal pump stopped working.
Removed lower rear panel by removing 8 screws. Then I removed the two hoses that are attached to the pump by removing the hose clamps with a pair of plyers. The three hex head screws that anchor the pump to the base of the washer unit were removed and the pump came right out. To put the new pump in I just slipped the pump through the hole at the bottom of the washer and attached the belt onto the pulley. Then reversed the installation process. The washer had to be tipped forward slightly for this process and blocked (approx. 8 in.) to allow access to pulley. Very easy install, no help needed. Washer must be empty and preferable dry when task is done or water will be everywhere.

noisy out of balance during spin cycles
I followed the instructions that other posters suggested. The springs were the toughest part to remove and reinstall. Having my wife push the tub enabled me to use vice grips to get them back on. Read about the coins or washers to spread the springs too late... would have helped. Running a wash now and it's spinning great and no noise!

dispenser did not come with maching
All I had to do was take off the white cap on top of the spinner, place the dispenser cup in the hole and it was done! It works great even though there was no indication that my model would work with a dispenser. It was the best $3.95 I ever took a chance on!
