Pin that holds the crisper/pantry lid broke off and arm needed to be replaced.
Removed the drawer and shelf above to get access to drawer slide. Removed slide with socket wrench. Also need to remove, then reinstall the arm that is attached to right side end cap that adjusts the temperature flow into the pantry drawer. Reattaching it was not obvious so it took awhile to figure out how it fit. Written instructions would have helped. The part did not come with anything.
This is the second end cap that has required replacing. The first was on the left so did not involve the temperature adjustment arm.

The glide for the panty door broke and a new one was ordered.
The glide was very easy to put on; however it is easiest to put in the front screw first, due to the thickness of the glide. Pretty easy!

Removed screws from the broken end cap and removed it. Installed the existing internal parts in the new end cap and reinstalled the screws. Very easy and the exploded diagrams on your site made it a very simple repair.

The endcap was broken and couldn't hold the pantry cover.
I had put off dealing with this repair thinking it would be too complicated and expensive. Was I fooled! I removed the vegetable drawers, shelf and pantry drawer. Then I removed two small bolts using a socket and power drill (very carefully). The entire piece just came right out. There's a small screw holding the air regulator onto the back wall of the refrigerator. This is all connected to the pantry cap, so it has to be removed as well. Once both pieces were out, I just carefully separated the air flow regulator from the borken end cap, attached the new piece, and then bolted/screwed everything back into place. Very easy and inexpensive!

Refer lights not working, there are two lights and neither worked. Decided the switch was the problem.
The switch fix but did not fix the problem. I assumed the wires go on the same way as on the old switch. Is it possible if one light Burns out, the other will not work either?

broken right side bracket
First I found I had to remove both of the bottom crisper trays and the glass shelf over the broken bracket.
Next I removed the bottom drawer slide held in with 2 Phillips head screws.
Then I used a 1/4 inch nut driver on my hand held drill to remove the 3 1/4 screws holding the broken bracket.
Then I had to figure out how to remove the air adjusting lever held in by clips and re-assemble it onto the replacement side bracket.
Then I re-installed the new bracket and the drawer slide and re-installed the glass shelf and the crisper trays.
Final step was to re-install the bottom tray and it's raising lid.
Done!

The little plastic nob that holds the drawer cover on cracked off. (terrible design and I am sure its a common problem.
I removed all of the drawers, and simply used the wrench set to loosen the three bolts holding the endcap and I used a screwdriver to loosen the plastic cover for the water hose. It took a minute or two to figure out how to unfasten the endcap from the other cover without snapping someother piece of plastic, but once I gently schimmied and squeezed the attached plastic the pieces came apart. Then it was just a matter of washing the refrig and replacing the parts. Snip/Snap.
