The threads on the yoke shaft stripped.
I had to cut off the old yoke since the threads had stripped and it would not come off. Once I did that all I had to do was to remove 4 screws on the auger motor and replace it with the new auger motor. Then I put the yoke on the new auger motor shaft and then put the unit back in the freezer. Work time was less than 15 minutes with no problems.

The door where the ice cubes drop out of the ice maker started flapping and all the lights on the front of the frig were blinking wildly. This happened at 3 am.
Did research on the internet, and learned that two capacitors on the main circuit board located on the back of the frig had gone bad. Tried to replace the two capacitors on the old board, but no success. So, I ordered the whole board and plugged it in. Only problem is new board is not programmed to frig. So, had to program frig. by following directions found on the internet. I saved at least $200. Thanks.

Right hand door would not auto close.
Removed the top door hinge cover.
Remover the four 12mm hex screws.
Lifted empty door off bottem hinge support.
Removed old door closure.
Put some silicon lub on the new closure and installed.
Reversed the removal steps.

But this did not fix the problem. Will have to remove the door and inspect the inside of the door's lower hinge assembly.

Lights flashing on door and ice cube door opening and closing constantly
The repair was quite easy. I had already removed the panel cover on the rear and removed the plastic cover several days before that. I had also pulled the wire harness that went to the upper left connector that has allowed the refrigerator to operate without the flashing lights while the part was enroute. I unplugged the refrigerator, disconnected the remaining connectors, and popped the old electronic control board out. I had to be very careful here as the plastic snaps that held it in were very hard to spread apart and I did not want to break one. Put in the new board, reconnected all of the wiring harnesses (each has a different pattern so you cannot mix them up). I plugged the refrigerator in and using the code from the label on the upper right hand side of the refrigerator and the instructions that came with the new board, I programmed the correct code in and everything was operational. Put the covers back on and went back to work. I did all of this in a 15 minute break between teleconference calls.

Ice/Water Dispenser Pedal not working consistently
1. Pull off the removable drip tray that covers the two screws. 2. Remove these octagon shaped screws with the appropriate tool. 3. Remove the cover. ( You can cover a screw driver with a thin cloth so as not to scratch the stainless steel and then slide it between the refrigerator and the cover.) 4. Remove the three connectors from the circuit board. 5. Remove two more nuts holding the dispenser yoke paddle. IMPORTANT: Note how the spring is attached to the paddle.TIP: Take pictures as you remove it and a close up of the spring so as not to forget how it is attached. 6. Snap off the paddle and spring. NOTE: There is another spring attached to the ice dispenser cover. Do not disturb this spring. 7. Replace the paddle and spring making sure the spring is placed correctly in the slot. 8. Complete by reversing the steps above.

Broken Tab
You will need a Nutdriver a 1/4" size and a philips screwdriver, I'm a young woman, It was easy find the pc. I need here since I lost my manual, in this particular piece the inside part is not included the tab that controls the tempeture, you will have to use the same from the broken one, snap off all and carefully remove it from the insideout of the broken piece to intall it in the replacement, make sure you remember how its going back, that was the hard part of all the repair! after that it was easy as 1, 2, 3!!! have fun!!

No cooling, compressor not running and was very hot
Plied off the relay switch with a screw driver. I could not pull it off by hand. Disconnected the wires to it and replaced with new part. Had problem getting the part back on and lining up the pins with the connector. I had to line up one pin and start at an angle and roll the part onto the contact pins.
I was impressed with the one day delivery without paying because it was shipped from a warehouse in California where the repair was made.
