replacing broken door racks
Super easy it took no more than 5 minutes to replace the fridge door racks. Starting from opening the box when it arrived to closing the fridge door with the new racks in place. no tools needed, except a knife to open the box.

Remove fan bracket from refrigerator, remove fan, remove motor, remove bracket and motor. apply in reverse.

The original shelf cracked and fell off. No glue or tape would hold.
Just snapped the item into place.

Door shelf bin fixture broke off
This was the easiest thing to repair in my house! All I needed to do was to snap the appropriate new shelf in the place where the prior piece was and we were back in business. A caveat to anyone else who might try it-get your Mfgr/model number straight as well as measure the length of the shelf to be replaced. Since my brand was not listed in the pull-down menu for replacements, the first time I ordered the shelf replacement piece, I ordered the shelf that looked exactly like the one I was replacing however the replacement was a few inches too small! the gear was stripped on the old ice maker and had to be replaced
was very easy. just ordered a new ice maker which was delivered in a few days. The installation was so simple. Just plugged the new ice maker in and hung the unit on the 2 screws. And then tightened the screws with a 1/4 in nut driver.

broken bin door on rental house refridgerator
the repair was simple but the real story was the easy to read blow up diagram of the refridgerator after I entered the model no. Everything was numbered and I new exactly what I was ordering.

Blade was broken off of fan.
I removed the back panel ,cardboard-three screws,pushed the old fan blade off the motor and pushed the new fan on.Extremely easy.

Cover (shelf) that holds the hydrators was cracked.
Went on line to PartSelect, found and ordered the part. It was here in two days. I removed the old shelf, inserted the new and the frig was as good as new. I was extremely pleased with the ease in identifying the part and the speed of delivery.

Light Would Not Come On.
I removed the four bolts holding the light switch and temp knob with a nut driver, unplugged the unit and moved it to the table top. I removed the switch and replaced it with a new one. I plugged the unit back in and drove the four screws in with a nut driver and the light now comes on when I open the door. Real simple!

Defrost Timer Stuck On Defrost (Again)
I went online to a you-tube video to assess the problem and watch the repair. Ordered the part on sunday before christmas and had it christmas eve! Easy 10 minute repair. Four screws held the cover on. Two screws held the timer. Unplugged the old timer an replaced. Put all the screws back and . . . . Done! Easiest repair I've ever done. Parts select did a great job, good price, very fast service! One happy customer!
