Water resivour for drinking water developed crack
The replacement part came with a one page instruction sheet. Following those instructions I cut the two hoses on the old resivour and removed it. I then cut the hoses on the new resivour to desired length (all inside the refrigerator). Using the two couplers provided with the new resivour I hocked the two hoses together and tightened them with a wrench. It took longer to clean the refrigerator than it did to replace the part. Instruction sheet was very helpful

The rail that holds the drawer cracked
Just used a screw driver to remove the old part and install the new one. The gal on the phone from parts select was excellent helping me find the correct part. Highly recommend this web site.
