No freezing or cold in either freezer or refridgerator - compressor did not run.
Traced issue to defrost timer ( burned compressor & element contacts). This unit is mounted next to the temperature adjustment control in the refridgerator area - right in front. Removal of plastic cover provided easy access to the timer. Unit unscrews from the mounting then unplugs. Installation is reverse of removal.

Missing shelf retainer (just moved in)
I had to cut the retainer bar to length and then snap the end caps onto the bar. Then just snap the assembly onto the freezer. No problem!

Light switch prevented door from closing.
The switch prevented the door from closing about 5 years ago. So I just taped the switch down, and lived without a fridge light for the last 5 years. Painful! And wasteful (food spoiled because we couldn't see it.) Thought I was out of luck, assuming light switches were all the same, got fed up again, and pulled out old switch,,and searched the net for the part number, and just started calling the manufacturer. I got this website after no luck in calling, and took the step to order...and in no time, got it replaced, and we cam see now! It feels like we got a new fridge!

End cap broke and retainer bar would not stay in place
Popped off the old and slipped on the new. No tools - in less than 5 minutes.

The Refrigerator Door Shelf Retainer bars were broken
I looked at the model number and ordered it through the part select. The delivery was real fast and convenient. Overal we had a very good experience with "Part Select"

frezzer iceing over and not cooling the refrigerator
Just removed the two screws and unpluged it.
Then I pluged the new one in and replaced the screws. It runs like a brand new reffrigerator.

Missing Door Shelf Retainer Bar.
Just snaps into notches on each side. Bar arrived bent from shipping. Replacement was overnighted at no extra charge. Great service.

Freezer built ice, fridge not cold enough and running constantly.
Removed front low grill, removed the two screws that hold the element in place. I then pulled the element out about 3 inches and disconnected the wires. Reversed process to install new timer.

End of bracket was broken. Replacement part was perfect.
Simply clipped it on.

The Leftside end cap broke and had to be replaced
Removed the broken piece and snapped in the new piece bought from PartSelect. Later connected the bar between the left end cap and right end cap. All done in few minutes. The new piece fitted well into the location with no issues.
