This is a genuine OEM end cap for the retainer bar in your fridge. This end cap is specifically for the lefthand side, the right-side end cap can be purchased separately if required. The end cap is used to hold the retainer bar in place, and in turn the retainer bar keeps products on the shelf when the fridge door is opened. If the end cap has become cracked or damaged, it should be replaced.
